The gyu-don dishes at the restaurant were a culinary masterpiece! Fresh ingredients and bold flavors made for a fantastic experience. Plus, the room was good-sized with a comfy bed, and the daily cleaning kept everything spick and span.
They don’t have an organized taxi service, which meant we had to ask at the desk for a lift into town, and the same staff member had to drop us each time. Also, the breakfast had limited choices, leaving us to order outside some meals.

The setting of the resort is lovely, with a great view overlooking the mountains and a nice pool area. I stayed for a few nights and enjoyed the chill atmosphere of the place. I particularly liked how the room was cleaned daily, and fresh water was provided. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the center of Pai, which made it convenient to explore local attractions like the night market and nearby villages. A fantastic spot for a solo traveler like me.

The property has a beautiful pool area.
Our stay was marred by ongoing maintenance issues, particularly in our room which had mold and water damage. The breakfast was a significant letdown, served cold despite being on hot plates. Communication with the staff was a struggle, as most did not speak English and were unresponsive, leading to frustration.

Reasons to love it – and reasons not to
The gardens are a visual delight with countless beautiful plants, and the friendly staff made our stay memorable. Breakfast on the veranda offers stunning mountain views while enjoying a tasty selection of Thai and Western dishes.
The room’s maintenance left much to be desired, as the bathroom facilities felt outdated and lacked proper upkeep. Additionally, its location can be inconvenient without transportation, given the distance from the main attractions.

We had an amazing time with beautiful mountain views and a lovely pool area. The staff was super friendly and provided free rides to town, which made getting around easy. I really enjoyed the chill vibe. The gardens made for great evening strolls. Definitely check out their breakfast options. the rotating dishes were a hit with us!
We did experience a bit of a hassle with the location, as it was a decent distance from the walking street, making us rely on the free transport offered.

We really enjoyed relaxing by the lovely pool and wandering through the beautiful gardens during our stay. The spacious room had great views, and the kids loved the outdoor space. Breakfast was good, especially the local dishes that brought us new flavors.
My wife says that the breakfast could use more variety for picky eaters.

The serene gardens and the beautiful mountain backdrop were key highlights of the stay, providing a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, enhancing the dining experience with delicious breakfast options, particularly the Koshihikari rice. However, the room showed signs of minor maintenance issues, like a few ants and a unreliable toilet flush. Breakfast could benefit from a broader selection to cater to various tastes, and the somewhat remote location meant relying on transport for getting around.

missingWrote a review on 20 Aprquiet locationbeautiful gardensmaintenance issues
I really enjoyed the quiet location, with beautiful gardens surrounding the resort. The pool area was quite nice, though I wished there were more sunbeds available. My room, the Superior Twin Room, had decent furnishings but some maintenance issues stood out, like ants crawling on the walls and a toilet that didn't flush properly. Hot water only worked in the shower, making it uncomfortable for washing hands. The breakfast provided decent options, but I noticed they ran out of food quickly, so getting there early was essential. The distance from the main attractions was a bit inconvenient, and the fact that the staff seemed to struggle with English made communication challenging at times. It did have a lovely atmosphere for relaxation, but the cleanliness and upkeep need a bit of attention.
